MEET your longevity coach

Hi, I'm Mary Sloane!

For 35 plus years I have been Living a life dedicated to keeping myself and my family healthy. I have never spent any time in hospital and all my doctor visits are check-ups not exploration of problems. I had to ask for the prescription of Metformin based on what I was learning of its benefits to a healthy life, not because I was worried about diabetes, the usual reason that metformin is prescribed.

My husband had to have a Stent put into an artery at one point but his family is prone to heart problems, his mother died of a heart attack, and his dad had severe heart disease although he died of lung problems due to his smoking. It is hard to beat genetics.

My husband and I have always been very physically active, going to the gym and walking a couple of miles a couple of times a week. We sleep well, I for 7-7.5 hours and he for 8 or slightly more hours. We take melatonin to replace the natural melatonin we lose after 50 and Ashwaghda to balance our energy and help our sleep be peaceful.

Our meals are usually homemade, using Keto recipes and lots of healthy salads using primarily olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar.

In other words I walk my talk and that is why when I took the quiz to determine my current lifespan I was told that it was 103 and that is while I weigh 15 pounds more than I want to.
